- Cardamom Powder – ½ teaspoon
Method of Preparation
Take 5 medium-sized fresh Amla and chop them into small pieces. Put them in a clean glass jar or ceramic container. Mix with spices like black pepper powder, cinnamon powder, long pepper powder and cardamom powder, and stir it well. Add 5 tablespoon of honey to the mixture. Cover the container and leave the mixture overnight to allow the flavors to meld. Take 1-2 tablespoons of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and in evening also.
Precautions
Individuals with certain conditions like uncontrolled diabetes should use this with caution due to the presence of honey. Always ensure that the honey is of good quality, as adulterated honey can reduce its effectiveness.
