A review meeting on the progress of the MoU between the Ministry of Ayush and the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare was held on March 4, 2025, to assess implementation of Ayurveda OPD services in 10 ECHS Polyclinics/Dispensaries under the Ex Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme.
Led by Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary, Ministry of Ayush, and Dr. Niten Chandra, Secretary, Dept of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, the meeting reaffirmed the commitment to integrating Ayurveda into veterans’ healthcare, ensuring their holistic well-being with Ayush practices.
