Three-Day Master Trainers’ Training under Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Program conducted at AIIA under Ministry of Ayush
A three-day Master Trainers’ Training under the Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Program was conducted at the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), under the Ministry of Ayush. Implemented by the Capacity Building Commission, this is the nation’s largest behavioural training initiative, aiming to cover 7 lakh central government officials. The program is designed to nurture Seva Bhaav (spirit of service) and Svadharma (sense of purpose) among civil servants, equipping them to become Master Trainers who will further spread the learning within their institutions.
The inaugural session featured the unveiling of posters on “Who is Karmayogi?”, “Karmayogi Moments,” and the “Tree of Fulfilment,” highlighting the program’s ethos. This initiative reflects the government’s vision of a purpose-driven, empathetic, and citizen-centric bureaucracy, aligned with the goal of Viksit Bharat @2047.
