The Hon’ble Prime Minister addressed a webinar aimed at facilitating post-budget discussions, focusing on the effective implementation of initiatives under the theme “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas.” While addressing stakeholders, the Prime Minister highlighted the significant role of the Ministry of Ayush in strengthening the nation’s health infrastructure through traditional and preventive healthcare systems.
During his address, the Prime Minister underscored the paradigm shift towards preventive and holistic health. He noted that India’s health infrastructure is being robustly strengthened not just through contemporary medicine, but by integrating traditional knowledge systems. He specifically emphasized the growing global recognition of Ayurveda and Yoga, stating that these ancient Indian systems are now receiving their rightful acknowledgement on the world stage.
The Prime Minister called upon representatives and experts to brainstorm actionable strategies to implement the budget provisions effectively. He expressed confidence that through this series of webinars, the Ministry of Ayush will develop comprehensive plans and a roadmap to ensure that the benefits of the budget reach the last mile.
