Arjuna Ksheerpaka

Recipe of Arjuna Ksheerpaka :
Ingredients:
- Arjuna Churna (Terminalia arjuna bark powder): 1 tsp (approximately 5g)
- Milk: 40-50 ml
- Water: 160 ml
Method:
- Boil Water: Add 160 ml of water to a pan and bring it to a boil.
- Add Arjuna Churna: Add the Arjuna churna to the boiling water and simmer on low heat until the quantity reduces to half (approximately 80 ml).
- Add Milk: Once the water has reduced to about 100 ml, add 40-50 ml of milk to the pan and stir well.
- Simmer: Continue simmering on low heat until the milk mixture is reduced to half (approximately 50-60 ml).
- Strain: Strain the decoction and consume it warm.
Dosage:
- Usually taken once or twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or before bedtime.
