Stretch marks:
The major problem after having weight loss is the stretch marks occurring in various body parts. Apart from weight loss, Pregnancy, recent delivery, healed wounds etc can also act as reasons for stretch marks. Stretch marks are dead skin. So, exfoliation is the best way to get rid of dead skin. For that, in a bowl, add 1 tablespoonful of coconut oil and add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar and 2-3 drops of lemon juice. Mix everything properly and scrub the area for 5-10 minutes continuously. Leave it for 10 more minutes to get it absorbed in the skin and after that wash it off with plain water.
Bye-Bye Suntan:
In legs – Half cup of fresh tomato juice with 1 spoon curd and apply as a mask and keep it for 40 minutes. Then wash it off. It can be tried weekly twice or thrice.
In Hands – In a bowl, mix equal quantities of potato juice and lemon juice and add 1 teaspoon of rosewater. Dip a cotton pad in this mixture and apply this all over the tanned areas of your hands. Wash it off after 20 minutes.
For face – mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of curd. Gradually, add besan and mix properly to a mask consistency. Apply this mask evenly on your face and leave it for 20 minutes. After that, it can be washed off. This can be tried weekly twice.
Skin brightening mask for your Summer Care:
Mask 1 – In a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons of freshly made potato juice and one tablespoon of wheat flour. Mix it with lemon juice till it obtains a mask consistency. Wash after 20 minutes.
Mask 2 – Add 2 tablespoons of orange peel powder and gradually add milk to form a paste and leave this mixture for one night. This can be applied in the morning on your face by doing gradual scrubbing for 10 minutes. After drying, it can be washed off for bright glowing skin.
