Ingredients
Flaxseeds: 1 cup (roasted and powdered)
Walnuts: 1/2 cup (crushed)
Arjuna Bark Powder: 2 tbsp ( fine powder)
Almonds: 1/4 cup (chopped)
Pumpkin Seeds: 1/4 cup
Jaggery Powder: 1/2cup
Ghee: 1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder: 1/2 tsp
Sesame Seeds: 1 tsp
Preparation Method
- Dry roast flaxseeds, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds separately, then grind them into a coarse powder.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery powder, and let it melt on low flame until it turns into a syrup.
- Add Arjuna bark powder, flaxseed powder, walnut-almond coarse powdered mixture, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds to the jaggery syrup.
- Stir well until all ingredients are coated evenly.
- Let the mixture cool slightly. Grease your palms with a little ghee and shape them into small ladoos.
- Store in an airtight container and consume one ladoo daily for optimal heart health.
