Visakhapatnam, India – In a historic display of unity and wellness, Visakhapatnam became the site of the world’s largest single-venue yoga session, drawing an estimated 3 lakh (300,000) participants. The grand event unfolded along the picturesque 28 km beach road, stretching from RK Beach to Bheemili, with enthusiastic crowds also joining from various other parts of the city.
The massive yoga session was led by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and formed a key part of the ‘Yoga Sangam’ initiative. It was truly a momentous morning for both yoga and India’s global wellness mission.
