Naukasana
It is also called the boat pose. It is one of the best asanas to improve the strength of abdominal organs. Naukasana pose plays an important role in liver wellness. It improves digestion and stimulates liver function.
Method- Sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you. Then slowly lift your feet off the floor and straighten your legs to 45-degree angle. Roll your shoulders back and straighten the arms so that your arms are parallel to the floor with palms facing upwards. Maintain the posture for a few seconds.
Note- Keep a v shape between your thighs and torso.
Kapalbhaathi
Kapalbhaathi is a cleansing technique having multitude of benefits. Passive inhalation and active exhalation are the process. Kapalabhathi practice helps in achieving good metabolism with increased nutrient absorption. This technique helps in rejuvenating and revitalizing liver cells.
How to perform?
This technique is performed by sitting in any meditative posture like vajrasana, padmasan or sukhasana. Start by taking a deep inhalation. Then do continuous active exhalation. Exhalation is forced with the help of abdominal muscles. Continue the process till one feels fatigued. In the beginning try a count of 15 active exhalations. Then gradually increase the count. This can be performed on the single nostril, alternate nostril and both nostrils.
Dhanurasana
It is also called bow pose. This pose facilitates the detoxification process.
Method- Lie down in a prone position with both arms extended above head. Slowly bend both legs. Bring hands behind and try to grasp the ankle region/toes. Then slowly inhale and raise both legs and chest area. Only the abdominal area should touch the ground. Hold the position for some time.
Ardha Matsyendrasana

Right side trikonasana- Inhale and keep your legs maximum apart and hands extended at horizontal level. Then slowly exhaled and bent down and held your right feet with your right hand. Left hand to be extended straight, above head. Twist your head and look at the fingers of your left hand.
Note- Repeat the same on the left side also.
