- The cheek lifter
It helps to prevent the puffiness of cheeks and helps in lifting the cheek muscles.
- Open your mouth and form an “O” folding your both lips.
- Fold your upper lip over your front teeth. Smile to lift your cheek muscles as high as you can.
- Release, repeat this cheek lift for 10 times.
- For Muscles of Eyes
It creates more volume in eyelines and reduces wrinkles and fine lines around the eyes.
- Place the end portion of your both palms on your temples, above the cheekbones, in a way to cover the ends of your eyebrows from the arch.
- Press into the temples, backward and upwards, you may feel a pull at the outer corner of your eyes.
- Squeeze your eyes shut, so you feel the eyelids pressing together and in towards your eyes.
- Feel the resistance from the palms of your hands on your eye muscles.
- Hold for 30 seconds, then relax and repeat the same for 3 times.
- Advanced neck lift
It reverses dark circles and puffiness of eyes by improving the circulation.
- Place the tips of your index and middle fingers just outside the corners of your eyes.
- Press slightly into the skin and muscles to hold the eye muscles in place.
- Look slightly upwards and squint your eyes, raising the lower eyelid upwards so you feel activation of the eye muscle.
- Hold for 20 seconds, then relax and repeat this for three times a day.
- Lip press
It improves the circulation in the lips and improves the vitality of lips.
- Lift the corners of your mouth with a smile.
- Pull the lips over your teeth and place the fingertips at the corners of your mouth to support the position.
- Pull your tongue out and bite your tongue with your lips over your teeth.
- Keep the tongue activated and feel the pressurizing of the lips.
- High Kiss posture
- Make a soft pout with your lips and place the index finger and thumb around your lips to support.
- Protrude your chin towards your hand which is holding your lips.
- With the other hand, slide the skin on your neck from your chin down to the clavicle and hold the skin and muscle, making you feel a stretch.
- Lift your face leading with your chin until you feel an activation and a stretch below your chin, at your jawline, and on your neck.
- Hold for 30 seconds and relax. Repeat for 3 times.
