In a village their lived a blind girl called Simran. She drew paintings in her free time all over her house and filled her canvas and soul. One day a painter named Alok arrived in that village, he was fascinated by Simran’s paintings and agreed to teach her the fascinating world of paintings. The rest of the months and years village had witnessed the best blend of art and wisdom share among Alok & Simran. Then came the news of a biggest art competition at King’s palace. Simran & Alok took a decision to participate as the sponsored money and artistic recognition was huge. But Simran faced multiple challenges from family & villagers telling her inability of blindness. But she started ignoring all and practiced very hard. The day arrived when result was announced, Simran’s paintings got the prize rejecting even her teacher Alok’s paintings.
The world accepted her for her achievements, not for her inabilities and the courage to move forward even during challenges. Similar is the case with every female able or inable!
When embracing life and success, women faces a strong bridge of responsibilities and challenges, which needs to be broken and a minor percentage among general females tend to break and cross the ocean. Hence we will discuss multiple challenges of women in health way and overcoming through Ayurveda.
- Anger, Mood Swings and Infaithful Hormones

A travel other than your family houses, kids school or work place can find the real you. Travel alone or find a similar vibing group. It’s the extra cheese of life. If you are not travel instinctive, go for a massage or parlour session or take your favourite book with a cup of chai!
- Relationships & Selfless Love
All mythology casts females as either selfless/ possessive woman. But in real life, women tend to have a sigh of grief with thought of lost relationships and misunderstood personality. Hence next time, you are at the verge of losing your favourite, manifest and give that extra selfless love. People will surely turn back and if not, the best one is on its way!!

- Abhyanga: Modern moisturizers is mandatory, but a shiro – pada – mukha abhyanga rejuvenates your skin and reduce ageing. Preferably kumkumadi taila / kanakakanthi taila / olive / coconut oil can outshow the best results
- Ksheera ghritha sevana: Among vatatapika rasayana, ksheera and ghritha in daily life will make your skin glowing and recharge batteries.
- 1 hour technique: Do serious work 1 hour, meditate and restart. Whole day will be mindsetter.
- Nasya & Udwarthana: Daily practice of this with anutaila and triphala choorna in abdomen will remove that extra fat and give a light feeling removing wear and tear of daily lives.
- Find a role model other than your parents: A bold idealistic woman of your life will make you extra bold.
- Never leave you childhood friends: Its same feeling as a rejuvenation session
- Mudras & Asanas: Practise usha, yoni mudra for a stress free cortisol. Also sethubandhasana, badha konasana, bhujangasana and surya namaskara practice can keep you more lively
- Dance for ½ hour, meditate for 1 minute 3 times, trip once a year!
- Panchakarma shodhana once a year even if you are healthy
